Agricultural loans are availed by a farmer to fund seasonal agricultural operations or related activities like animal farming, pisci-culture or purchase of land or agricultural tools. Seasonal agricultural operations include routine activities like preparing and ploughing land for sowing, weeding, and transplantation where necessary, buying inputs such as fertilizers, seeds, insecticides etc. and engaging labour for cultivating and harvesting the crops.
Gujarat Government has implemented Chief Minister Crop Collection Yojana 2022 for farmers. Farmers get a good crop but there is no space to store that crop and due to heavy rains or storms and storms in monsoon season, farmers are unable to store their crops.

Features of Khedut Godown Sahay Yojana
The aim of the Gujarat government with this scheme is that the state government wants to provide financial assistance to the farmers to prevent crop damage. The main objective of the Gujarat government by providing this assistance is to strengthen the farmers and protect the crops of the farmers.

Khedut Godown Sahay Yojana Eligibility Criteria
Godown subsidy in Gujarat 2022: The Chief Minister's Crop Collection Schemes have started as given below.
- The applicant farmer should be residing in the state of Gujarat
- This scheme is beneficial for Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) and all other castes of Gujarat state.
- All the people of Gujarat can take advantage of this scheme.
- The applicant farmer should own the land or have a certificate from such authority.
- A farmer can avail the benefit only once under this scheme. That is, the farmer will get this assistance only once during his life.
- Farmers have to apply online for this godown scheme.
- To apply online, the farmer has to apply online on iKhedut portal.
