Citizens can now create and authenticate their DigiLocker account on WhatsApp and download documents like PAN card; Driving license; CBSE Class X pass certificate; Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC); Insurance Policy – Two-Wheeler; Mark sheet of Class X and Class XII; and insurance policy documents (life and non-life available on DigiLocker).
DigiLocker
DigiLocker is a digital
platform for issuing and verifying papers and certificates, eliminating the
need for physical documents.
It intends to 'digitally
empower' citizens by giving them access to authentic digital documents in their
digital document wallets.
According to PIB's press
release, the new service will allow residents to easily and conveniently access
the following:

How to download PAN card using WhatsApp
To get these details,
